Join Cure Leukaemia’s Move The Nations – our exciting nationwide challenge to get the UK moving for a collective 96,000 minutes during Blood Cancer Awareness Month. That’s one minute for every person expected to be diagnosed globally this September.
Whether it’s walking, running, cycling, dancing, gardening, paddleboarding, skipping, or climbing mountains – we want you to get creative, get moving, and get fundraising. Because every 27 seconds, someone somewhere is told they have blood cancer. But together, we can give them hope.
This is more than a challenge – it’s a powerful act of solidarity. By moving your body, you’re helping us fund potentially life-saving clinical trials and research that offer new treatments – and new chances – to patients right now.

- Jess, whose daughter Willow finished her blood cancer treatment earlier this year, is walking 14,000 steps every single day in September – one step at a time, in honour of the journey they’ve been on.
- James is going the distance – literally. He’s running 270 miles to visit every one of the centres Cure Leukaemia helps to fund across the UK. That’s commitment, and it’s creating real impact.
