Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP Returns as Senior Event Partner for Cure Leukaemia’s London 2 Paris 2026 Cycling Challenge
Cure Leukaemia is thrilled to announce that Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (STB) will once again return as the Senior Event Partner for the highly anticipated London 2 Paris (L2P) cycling challenge in 2026. This renewal underscores STB’s dedicated and continued commitment to supporting the vital work of Cure Leukaemia in fighting blood cancer.
The London 2 Paris challenge, a formidable 4-day, 500-kilometre cycling event, is scheduled to take place from Thursday 3rd to Sunday 8th June 2026.
As the Senior Event Partner, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s commitment will be highly visible, with the firm’s name proudly featured on the front and back of the 2026 London 2 Paris jersey throughout the four-day ride. The scale of the challenge is significant, with over 200 cyclists expected to participate in the journey from London all the way to the finish line at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is further backing this effort with 22 riders taking part in the event in 2026. This internal team has set an ambitious target of raising over £75,000 for the cause. Crucially, the collective fundraising effort of the L2P peloton will have a direct impact on clinical trials, channelling vital funds into Cure Leukaemia’s mission to support global clinical trials networks, thereby ensuring ground-breaking new treatments reach blood cancer patients in need worldwide.
