During February football mascots from teams across the West Midlands will be going head to head in a series of 3 legged races to raise money for The Red Alert Appeal for Cure Leukaemia.  The mascots will be teamed with a member of their football club and will be running against BBC WM’s Early Kick Off reporter Richie Anderson, who will be paired with the station’s mascot Wonder Moose!  The races will take place at home games and will involve the teams running the full length of the pitch 3 legged! 

The next races will be this Saturday 23rd Feb at West Brom V Sunderland and Sunday 24th Feb at Wolverhampton Wanderers V Cardiff.
