Hopefully you will have seen the coverage this week for our forthcoming Glynn Purnell Experience on Monday 5th March. We are really looking forward to this event, the first one of it's kind for Cure Leukaemia and Glynn's first event since becoming a Patron. So it should be one to remember!
After being promised snow for the best part of a week it finally arrived much to the delight of my household.
The snow setlled on the ground as we settled on the sofa to watch England beat Scotland in the Calcutta Cup, so to celebrate we dressed up in our boots, fleeces, hats, gloves and coats a...

Working on a variety of projects in the office at the moment and some of it is quite challenging as its stretching my medical knowledge - you have to remember I am, essentially, a fundraiser.

At this time of year most people make a resolution to get fit, diet or join a gym. I'm no exception. I have decided that I am going to start jogging to try and shift a little weight.
I made a start earlier in the week and downloaded an app to take me from Couch to 5k.

On behalf of all of the team here at Cure Leukaemia, we would like to thank you for your support during 2011 and to wish you a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
Thank heavens I've just about finished my Christmas Shopping. I don't think I can stand any more queuing or pushing and shoving around the displays. So for those of you who have still got presents to get....good luck!
We've been getting into the Christmas spirit this week and attended a lovely service at Warwickshire County Cricket Club yesterday as part of their members Christmas celebrations. The service included performances from Bournville School & Sixth Form Centre and I have to say I was really impressed...

I know it's still only November but I think we can safely say that Christmas is here. The reason I say this is because the Coke advert has been on. You know the one, the lorry with all the lights on ..... Holidays are coming...Holidays are coming.....
Last week, I went to see Craig at the Vibro-Suite to start organising a monthly pamper evening where proceeds from the treatments will go to Cure Leukaemia. Sounds like a fantastic excuse to me!

Anyway, last night we met up for dinner. I have known the girls fo...
